Action of CocoBiodiesel on Engines

A blend of coco biodiesel in fossil diesel will give benefits due to two ( 2 ) main actions, as follows; 1. Restores Efficiency of the Fuel System.  The excellent solvency and lubricity of coco biodiesel are the key to restoring the engine efficiency as it decarbonizes the combustion chamber, declogs the injector nozzles, and restores the fuel spray efficiency of the fuel injector. High mileage improvement and very substantial reduction in the tailpipe emissions are experienced in older or poorly maintained diesel engines as a result of the cleaning action. Such solvency feature also serves as flow improver for heavier residual fuel. Furthermore, it provides boundary lubrication in all moving parts of the fuel system ( such as the fuel pump and the fuel injector mechanism ). Being a polar compound, it also serves as corrosion inhibitor. 2. Enhances the Combustion Efficiency of Fuel.  Coco Biodiesel is an oxygenated fuel. Its oxygen content , once implanted in the molecular cluster of the fuel, can  substantially enhance combustion. Furthermore, it has a high cetane number of 70 giving it a superior compression ignition characteristics – it boosts acceleration response of the engine and better cold startability.
